To Help the Helpless

Helping The Helpless

Our beautiful green planet is full of abilities as well as many people from different backgrounds. People who are healthy, competent and independent do not require any special care and support from others. However, people like children, sick people, senior citizens and differently abled people require different kinds of help and support for their daily activities and livelihoods. People who are not physically fit and mentally disturbed require special care and attention. It is the responsibility of every member of society to help the helpless, the afflicted, the needy and the grieved.

We should not take inactive citizens as the burden of our society. There are many people in our society who are helpless and need special care. Some of the physically challenged are incapable of speaking, hearing impaired or mentally retarded. Some may be disabled due to their ignorance and illiteracy. If we want to make our society stress-free, violence-free and maintain peace everywhere then we must help every person physically, mentally and socially.

Similarly It must be the responsibility of the parents of Transgender Children to Nurture their Transgender children and all the Transgender Children should have equal rights in their family, Society and in the property of their parents same as well as of the Male & Female Children.

Senior Citizens may act as the best mentors for the society. Senior Citizens can make a difference. The older generations survived vital changes, challenges, and improvements in society. They witnessed wars, the winning of the rights of all genders and races to vote, the creation of space travel, and the invention of the Internet. Placing them in proximity to younger people means that many of these lessons and values can be passed on. Further, seniors should be an active part of the workforce and in community efforts. Seniors who live alone or in nursing homes often become isolated from society. This increases their risks of falling victim to serious social and emotional health dangers. By actively seeking out older people to get involved in companies and community Organizations, society can continue to learn from them and allow them to shape a better future with their knowledge and experience.

Therefore there should be a Senior Citizens  Cell of all retired persons for each & every Public & Private Ltd. Organization, Company, Corporate, Department etc. separately. All those Retired Senior Citizens should act as the active members of the Board of their Organization/Department.   (Age should be <50-75> Yrs.)
